American300 is a non-government all volunteer 501c3 organization. Their mission is to increase the resiliency capabilities of our American armed forces members, their families and the areas which they live and operate in around the world. They accomplish this by embedding valued individuals who spend quality time with Service Members, offering not only their personal stories but a knowing ear and shoulder heavy in experience. Both parties grow from the exchanges in a positive, productive manner, developing a sense of hope and understanding of the human dimensions’ capabilities.

Charitable Outreach Outside America
Our team helps in not only in America but also around the world. We believe humanitarian and service work only enhances who we are as people – mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, friends and colleagues. We encourage our partners to consider a one-time donation, volunteering or in-kind giving to one of our preferred charitable organizations.

Operation Smile has a mission to provide exceptional surgical care to every child suffering from cleft lip or cleft palate. Co-Founder and President of Operation Smile, Kathy MaGee stated “Every child that has a facial deformity is our responsibility. If we don’t take care of that child, there’s no guarantee that anyone else will.” Operation Smile will continue until there is a world where no child suffers from a lack of access to safe surgery. Please watch the video provided to see how a 45-minute operation can make a child smile for life.
